OVERVIEW

This series of infographics highlights the challenges and triumphs of women in America, with a focus on New York City. The project aimed to visualize complex social issues through clear, impactful design. Information based on year 2021.

CHALLENGE

• Transform complex statistics into a visual story that highlights both scale and humanity.

• Scarcity of specific, easily accessible information. Much of the data was fragmented or hidden between the lines

PROCESS

Research was the backbone of this project.

• Cross-referencing multiple government,nonprofit, and news sources

• Performing statistical calculations to unify inconsistent datasets

• Designed six visually consistent infographics with accessible typography, hierarchy, and a unified color palettes.

OUTCOME

​

• A 6-part infographic series combining storytelling with clarity.

• Presented in academic showcases, recognized for making heavy data feel approachable.
